Area:The estate is subdivided into three parts: Vineyard 20 ha, Olive-grove 3 ha, Parklands 3 ha.

Vine-stocks: 65% white (Garganega, Trebbiano, Tocai Friulano, Cortese, Chardonnay e Malvasia) 35% red (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Negrara, Sangiovese, Barbera, Merlot, Carbenet, Sauvignon).
Density of planting: 3.200 vines per ha
Average production: 60 hl per ha
Harvesting: Only by hand-picking with a first selection of the grapes in the vineyard.
THE VINIFICATION
Vats: stainless steel
Control of temperature: regulation by auto matic cooling in vat by vat.
Selection of the grapes: the entire harvest is checked by bunches.
