

The Wine Vinegar is made from a selection of Colli Morenici wines of our estate.It is produced using the traditional method of slow acidification, with natural fermentation of the grape stalks.
It matures in oak cask and is left to age until it reaches a high degree of acidity and has an elegant bouquet.
It is the perfect accompaniment to a first-pressing esxtra virgin olive oil. The ideal dressing for salads, it also intensifies the flavours of sauces and delicate disbes.
Any formation of sediment indicates the naturalness of the product.
